01 · Challenge
Where the client started
Karnal Immigration had strong offline reputation but their old site felt dated, cluttered and hard to navigate on mobile. Appointment requests were inconsistent, service pages lacked clarity, and high-intent visitors (Canada PR, study visa, tourist visa) were dropping before reaching the booking form.
02 · Strategy
What we changed first
We mapped the immigration buyer journey by service type and rebuilt the information architecture around high-intent paths: Canada PR, PNP programs, study visas and tourist visas. Each route got clearer CTAs, shorter forms and trust signals placed before the point of hesitation.
03 · Execution
How we delivered
We designed and developed a responsive website with multi-step appointment booking, structured PNP landing pages, testimonial and Instagram proof blocks, and mobile-first hero sections. Tracking was configured for form starts, appointment submissions and service-page engagement.
04 · Results
What improved after launch
Within the first 90 days after launch, appointment form engagement improved significantly, mobile sessions converted better, and the team reported more qualified consultation requests with clearer service intent — reducing back-and-forth on basic enquiries.
The new website finally matches the professionalism of our consultancy. Families understand our services faster and booking a consultation feels simple — even on mobile.
